HappyFeet Leagues - Frequently Asked Questions

Why am I not receiving any communication?
All our communication is handled via e-mail. Depending on the league, sometimes we send emails to 100+ families and can be routed to your Junk folder. 
If you are not receiving information about your program or account. Double-check your Junk/Spam folders.
If you still have nothing, send us an email to leagues@jaxhappyfeet.com  and we will take care of it!

Can I request for my child to be placed on the same team as a friend?
Yes, of course! When you register, please send us an email with the request. Keep in mind that teams are formed based off of age so make sure any requests are within the same age. 

What is the Cancelation Policy for League?

If you register and pay but notify us before the first game, you will be refunded the registration fee minus 10% (administrative cost).

If your child attends one game and decides they don't like it, they will not be refunded. We offer credits to your account that you can apply to future leagues or classes and your child can try soccer at a later time.
